pink poppy identity

I could post this to the "Name that Plant" forum, but I don't have a photo. Last year, I picked up several small pots of an annual that looked a lot like a short poppy. The foliage was grey-green, quite smooth and fine-textured, and the flowers were solid pink (no dark center), about 3" to 5" high. It reminded me of Iceland poppy, but it bloomed non-stop for at least 2 months.

This plant was on the sale rack at my favorite nursery; in fact I think the owner gave it to me for free - I always spend a bundle there and they occasionally do that.

This was such an outstanding plant, I'd really like to find out what it was. There was no tag, and the nurseryman doesn't have a clue.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? I've googled pink poppy, but it really didn't resemble any of the 200 photos I checked (out of the 5000 google returned).
