Comments (31)i guess only time will tell. i have done everything i could except plant right at the beginning of spring. soil is slightly acidic at 6.0, moist, and appears to be well-drained in my own perc test. root flare exposed. sunny spot with some late afternoon shade. mulched nicely and ready to grow! let's hope. thanks everyone!!!...See MoreMy new dogwood has all drooping leaves overnight!
Comments (3)One year old since you planted it or just plain one year old? In other words, how big is this tree? Do you have voles where you live? Any sign of burrowing (small holes nearby or right underneath the tree) or animal activity near the tree in question? Yes it is possible for a tree to get too much water if the soil drainage is not really good, but, if there hasn't been standing water around the tree, that's probably not the problem....See MoreStruggling with what do to with kitchen
