Not sure about the second pic, but the first kind of looks like one of the native hydrophyllums, probably virginianum. If the younger leaves have any splotchy white markings that would cinch the deal.

The second one looks like Ornithogalum umbellatum, a non-native weed.

I agree with the ornithogalum id on the second picture.

The first looks like a white-flowered version of Virginia waterleaf--Hydrophyllum, as previous posters said. It's native.
