Found HVX at my favorite local nursery. (Question)

Every couple of weeks I head over to a local nursery center and check out their hostas. I love this place; close to home and an ever changing selection throughout the season. Yesterday while I was in there I noticed one plant with late stage HVX symptoms (this one even I could diagnose). I found the manager and let him know, he handled it perfectly removed the plants (or at least said he would) and thanked me for finding it.

Now I have a mental dilemma, I'm worried if one plant is showing symptoms, other plants from that same source could be infected. Am I just being overly paranoid? I already have lots of hostas from them in the ground and I suspect every nursery has seen an HVX infected plant at some point. I just don't want a bigger problem in my garden then I already have.

So what would you do?
