I don't feel comfortable paying $6,000-$8,000 for an appliance that doesn't have service capabilities. I'm sure their CSO is wonderful, but its reliability has been a mixed bag for many people. Eventually, all things break, even minor. Countless complaints online about Miele not helping people or saying they aren't in a serviceable zip code. I can't even reach Miele by phone, after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. I've had a few people message me personally saying their Miele parts were VERY expensive to order and took months to arrive from Europe. So I'll be sticking with Wolf CSO 30" which has the largest internal cavity on the market. That said, I'm really hopeful to hear everybody's experience with non-Blue enamel ovens. awm03, thank you for endorsing GE profile. I've seen a few people say how much they love theirs. So you've never had any issue with chipping glass enamel? Have you wiped the bottom or sides of the internal oven cavity to check?

Hi all, I got a single oven induction Cafe range which arrived with a scratch. I was offered compensation to keep it as is, but I'm leaning toward returning or exchanging, and now I'm wondering if I shouldn't just pay the extra $200 to get the double oven version. I figured out I can store my sheet pans in the bottom of our pantry which means I wouldn't really need the bottom drawer (plus my toddler has been attempting to climb the oven using the drawer handle and the door handle which is dangerous). I have a giant toaster oven which I use as a second oven, to make toast, and to reheat pizza, but it takes up a ton of counter space. I would want to get rid of it if I got the double oven, but then what do I get to make toast? Just a tiny toaster oven? I'm overthinking this, but I don't want to buy another appliance...but it's soooo big on the counter...ugh. Do I exchange for the single oven, or swap out for the double oven?

I have an oriental/persian type rug in my bathroom too, but I got the largest that would fit. I think mine is 4x6. Have you considered a runner that would cover the whole area in front of the sink and the toilet? Maybe pulled back 6” or so because, well, boys being boys ……

Beautiful home. Ask your painter how many days of prep and priming. Let houzzer's help narrow down a good warm white in the next day or two. Have your painter paint large samples of your top three paints in a few different areas of the house and look at it at different times of day. I presume doors and shutters can be painted last. If using FB for doors and shutters, get a FB fan deck over nighted. Narrow down the choices and get some Sampilze sheets overnighted. You might spend $100-$125 in shipping and sample fees but worth it to get the right color. I don't like color matching SW or BM paints to FB colors. I've done it with disappointing results. I think it is better to find a SW/BM color similar enough to FB instead. This has worked much better for me. Review of Mountain Peak Whitehere. I can see pigeon looking too washed out, unless you have a very creamy white against it. Your inspiration pics are subtle and beautiful, but in north light, with lots of greenery around, a grey roof, and viewed from afar, you might want to punch the green shutters up one or two notches so it doesn't appear faded out.
