Canning venison HELP please

I have a cooler on my porch with cut up venison for canning in the morning. The meat is well packed in ice. I don't have time to make my own broth, so I will use store bought. This is not sodium free. I will brown the meat, place in pint jars and fill with broth. I am thinking of adding 1/4 teas. salt to each instead of the usual 1/2 teas. per pint I use when canning with sodium free broth. Should I skip the added salt? Suggestions are welcomed.
