does any of the bwb water get into the jars as they process?

The question says it all. I've just always wondered- especially when I pulled my apple, raisin, cranberry mincemeat (no meat) out last night, and realized the canner was full of rust, in addition to our mineral laden water. I had put vinegar in, but it was the third batch and dark enough so I missed that the water was so ickey.

So... I wondered yet again if even a drop can get in the jars, if all else (conditioned lids, good rings, no siphoning etc.) was done?
