Help with Salsa, is it a safe recipe to can?

Hello,

I am new here and have been reading a lot of the posts. I made Annie's Salsa last weekend and enjoyed it very much.

I need to know your thoughts on if this new recipe is safe to can? A friend shared it with me and I don't know where she got it (to know if it is safe or not)

8 pounds peppers ( jalapeno, banana etc)

6-8 habanero peppers

4 pounds chopped onions

1/2 bushel tomatoes

2. tsp black pepper

4 T salt

4 cups white vinegar

8 oz jar chopped garlic

7 cans of 12 oz tomato paste

1 bottle of 5oz red hot sauce

2. T cumin

2T Chili powder

All assembled in a 5 gallon bucket, placed in a pot and brought to a boil and simmered for 30 minutes before canned in water bath for 15 minutes in pint jars.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
