need help with a dirt question

I was going to get a delivery of dirt from a local farm. They compost it there from landscapers who come and dump. They said that it has a neutral PH but that it is unsifted and can have about a half yard of junk like water bottles, and various stuff.

I called Forestry Resources (thank you Lou for that suggestion) and they have a soil mix they sell that is 50%compost; 25% peat; 15% Cypress fines; 10% top soil; and 5% sand. Theirs is sifted and cleaned.

Both of them use compost from yard dumpings that landscapers bring in so there is a high probability that there are pesticides in there since almost everyone here in SWFL gets their lawn sprayed.

Which would be the best to go with?? I'm trying to be as "organic" as possible but, if I buy organic dirt in bags from the big box stores it will be a fortune to fill 3 raised beds that are 3 x 8 x 15" in depth.

DH thinks Forestry Resources is probably the better choice. He said that the only place we'd find dirt with no pesitcides is on the moon.

Thoughts?
