Hatch green chile with pork?

I'm trying to find a traditional Hatch green chile stew recipe to can. If not, I'll freeze it. I know I can't use thickeners or oil. If eating same day would use pork roast, roasted green chiles, onions, garlic, maybe some potato.

Anybody have a canning recipe? I'm roasting and cooking a batch today. I'll probably just freeze as it will only be 3-4 quarts but if I can find a decent recipe I may run to the market and get 20 or 30 pounds chiles to roast. I guess the other, maybe smarter option would be to can chiles and pork in separate jars containers to make for a quick meal later.

BTW, while looking for this recipe, I found a very scary blog where a person was posting recipes for fudge, stroganoff and other canning recipes that include dairy , thickeners and butter, all in the same recipes!
