Annie's Salsa question

I would like to try this recipe, I do not want to can it however, so I have a few questions.

1. Will the ingredients be the same if I want to make it to eat fresh and/or store in the refrigerator til it's eaten?

2. Can it be prepared per the recipe then frozen in freezer bags successfully (taste preservation-wise) has anyone tried it this way?
