Late bloomers and long bloomers today

Some of these are lates that just started recently and some have been blooming for a while, but are still going. Whatever the type it's nice to see some bloom among the bare scapes.

Doing great for a plant that was new last year.

This one has been blooming for a while and still has lots of buds.

you sure got some beauties, blooming. They are all very pretty.Got to love them late bloomers and rebloomers.
ELEGANT FINALE is a beauty.FINALE DESTINATION is really pretty, too.ALEXIS SUNNY PANTS is really a beauty too.Thanks for sharing them.

They are all lovely but Later Alligator, Purple Architecture and Eggplant Electricity really catch my eye.......I'm adding them to my list.

Rita and Marg - I think Sammie WAS having some sweet dreams there. Rita - I forgot to say that Amber Finale is getting rebloom scapes already. I think August Cherry is going to have great plant habits when it matures. The fans and scapes are looking really good for one just planted in September. I thought I had lost Belated Greetings. It's in a pot and hasn't bloomed for two years. (Its label had faded, too.) I'm taking extra special care of it, now that it's been located. Debra

Funny you should mention that, Skybird! The boys were drawing pictures on a couple of them today. That picture was taken a month ago, and all of the green ones have ripened up nicely since then. I really want to use the trellis for a Charentais melon next year, but I am tempted to grow small pie pumpkins. Sigh!!! If only I had more space. Okay, since you guys are such good computer tutors, how do you put the links within the text? I know how to do it at the bottom of a post, but not within the message. Happy Returns does much better for me than Stella, & I like the color much better. Even better is Stella's Ruffled Fingers. It bloomed for me nicely starting May 15 til July 9. It took about a 3 week break & is blooming again on 3 scapes with a couple more in the foliage. It usually blooms at least 3 times with a short break between.

I love ALEXIS SUNNY PANTS, I love that soft yellow in the garden. Never seen Eggplant Electricity before. It's really nice with the white midribs. Marg

Val, your photos are beautiful! You have a lot of lovely ones still. I especially like Spacecoast Dragon Prince, but there are so many lovely ones. Elegant Finale is a soft delicate one. Final Destination is a beauty.

Thanks everyone. I find it's easier to appreciate the late daylilies when there is so little competition. I like them all.

Marg and Jean,I think Alexis Sunny Pants just might be my favorite plant in the garden this year. It is such a fabulous performer.

Eggplant Electricity has been a favorite for a few years.

Mantis--Spacecoast Dragon Prince was new last August, but so far has been very impressive.

I've always liked Elegant Finale--a very nice late bloomer.

Purple Archittecture is fairly new and is putting on a show. Great branching on this one.

All your flowers are beautiful, however Eggplant Electricity is exceptional. Just went on my wish list!

I'm liking a lot of these! I've always admired SC Dragon Prince but was told by a seller it might be too tender here, so I've never tried it. I love the handlebar moustache petals on Later Alligator. I've not seen Yorktown Beach before, and that one is right up my alley. I'll have to look it up.
