Dried Tomatoes - What Do You Do With Them?

I have a lot of smallish tomatoes that I dried in the oven, but now I can't figure out how I would use them in cooking. They seem to be mostly skin and seeds, and remind me of something that got lost in the back of the fridge a year ago and you just now discovered it.

Would I add these items as-is to homemade spaghetti sauce? What about the seeds, wouldn't they affect the taste? Is there an acceptable ratio of seeds to other material in a dried tomato? They are leathery and not crispy, and now they are in the freezer until I can get some inspiration of how to use them. Thanks for any advice!
