Tree number two has now been posted, sorry for the inability to post I was having a senior moment....

Probably Mimosa and Pride of Barbados. The brains here will have to supply the Latin names.

I researched the Mimosa and could not find anything like the first picture. The second picture is more like a Red Cassia than the Dwarf Poinciana called Pride of Barbados I have those in my yard.

One is Albizzia lebbek and the other is Sesbania punicea.

Wow I do believe you are correct. Though I searched I always seemed to find shrubs or trees that looked close but not quite.

The property I am working on is very old mined property from back in the 1960s. It has left to self sow though I do believe that some trees were planted to fix the nitrogen in the soils after phosphate mining.

There is such a variety of wildlife on the property and I am trying my best to maximize the plantings and removal of some exotics to produce the best concentration of bird and butterfly plantings within the 140+ acres.

Both are weed trees. Major invasives.

Almost everything on this property could be classified as a weed tree or shrub, since very little was ever really planted by human hands. Unfortunately to remove all of the non-natives is difficult, expensive and most probably impossible. Though I thank you for your opinion.
