Jelly is 'bubbling'

Hi,

I made jelly for the first time today. I processed for 10 minutes in a BWB and then took the lid off and let the jars sit for 5 minutes.

After I took the jars out and put them on the counter, I was admiring them... all clear and pretty... when suddenly I noticed they started.. well.. bubbles started floating from the bottom of the jar to the top... that seems wierd to me.

I left 1/4 inch headspace per the Ball Book which said soft spreads and jellies require 1/4 inch.

Is this okay? I mean, they sealed and everything. They are cooling right now... and um. bubbling.

What causes this? Or have you all never heard of this before. It would be just my luck to have the wierdest things happen.

Thanks!
