Made the best jelly...

but now I'll never be able to duplicate it. I'm clearing out the freezer of all fruits to make room for the new years crops and found a few containers of juice I had been saving from all kinds of fruits after straining for other purposes. I was going to make sherbert or sorbet but never got around to it. Since it measured exactly 8 c I decided to make jam. I steeped fresh mint in the liquid for 10 or 15 min, strained the juice and made two batches of jelly. It is to die for...but I'll never be able make it again because I don't know what kinds of fruit juices nor how much mint I used. If you've made adjustments to a recipe and it came out better than expected were you ever able to duplicate it?
