Looking ahead, brine question

This past season the French Cornichon Sweet Pickles were such a hit with friends and family I have many requests for this upcoming season.

I have the new section all planned for the additional plants needed to fulfill wants for the 2009 season.

Now, for the processing.. the pickles are brined,(3 days) it wasn't an issue when I made 2- 1 gallon batches.

For a larger brine pot, can I keep adding the cukes to the brine or should I refrigerate them until I have enough to make larger batches?
