Hello~ Which basil seeds do you have to trade? And were they sold for this season? I'm really "into" basils this year, but if I don't get them planted by mid-August will have to wait for next year. I'm also interested in your 'Mint Julep' spearmint as I lost my good spearmint that I had for years to an aggressive weed whacker! I have a wonderful, very flavorful peppermint 'Blue Balsam' to trade. I bought it for my mother for hot mint tea over 25 years ago, because it was recommended to me by Cyrus Hyde for this and it IS the best for tea. It's also good in brownies or chocolate chip cookies. ~~ Maggie

What you are referring to is called layering and it's a different process than taking cuttings. But yeah, I assume it would work with oregano. Rodney
