Leafminer...I don't do anything for it in my garden. They never seem to cause enough damage to worry about.

It is a leaf miner. Look very close for the end of the loopy trail with the dark spot and squish it with pliers or use a paper hole punch to cut it out of the leaf. The teeny dark spot is the mining bug inside of the leaf.

Destroy the part of the leaf you just paper punched off the leaf or it will go back and mine some more.

and when it worked it showed up properly in the preview... duh

you can try to get rid of them all, but they are supposed to be a constant nuissance with tomatoes. supposedly tomatoes can lose a lot of their leaves without it drastically altering their production. don't know how that works exactly, but its what i heard. hope its consolation.

Leafminers burrow between cell walls.
This means they are protected from pesticides.
You can use a systemic for vegetables from Bayer, Ortho, and other companies.
Not necessary unless you want pretty leaves.
As said here before, we eat the fruit not the leaves.
Aim for pretty fruit.
