More Southern Indiana FFO's (Part 2)

We had just enough rain this morning to get some nice droplets of water in the picture.

Quickly a favorite of mine. It's pretty tall.

This is a NOID that I posted several months ago and someone said it could be CONDILLA. I think it is, but am still not sure.

I was going to rip these out from under the old oak tree, but now I'm not so sure. This is a pretty bloom. Why is there always a bug on these when I take the picture??@#$*

Couldn't wait for this one to start popping. When it gets going with the red next to it, they are so pretty together.

This one didn't turn out so good, but I still like it.

Lovely. I know Kwanso can be a nusance but it sure is pretty. All of them are pretty.

On The Web is a pretty one. Mine bloomed for the first time this year, and I really like it. Your Emperor's Dragon has a really great eye in that photo. Don't forget to add you Munsons to our Munson thread.

Thanks for the comments. I don't mind NOID's either if they are pretty. However, that first picture is of a NOID that I have had 4 or 5 years, and it has just never grown on me. It is actually darker than the picture shows. But the sun was shining and it had a nice satiny (there's that word again) look to it. Kathy, the temperatures in southern Indiana are staying pretty consistently in the 80's now. I think we are finally feeling summer coming on. HG is very nice when it opens all the way. Rita, I have that second NOID next to buttered popcorn and you should see them compete:) They both just keep going and going and going. They are about the same height, so they compliment each other. Ann, HG is new to my garden but I already love it, even it yellow isn't my favorite color. Jean, I hope you post your diamond dusted one, I'd love to see it. Maybe you already have. Yours is very nice Baileycat...and I think your photo is pretty too. I hope to see lots of improvement with mine next season, don't you? Rick...yep, still got a few blooming and lots of rebloom scapes coming on too, so I'll have a few blooming for a while yet, just not too many. :) Thanks for keeping things crossed up for me in hopes that we get some rain. I went to town this afternoon and it was pouring down there, but not one drop fell here at my place!! :( fairysoapgirl...I absolutely love WC...the bloom is huge and holds up so nicely in out hot humid weather. Thanks Rita. I just hope I can keep the Kwanso under control.

I sure like that EMPEROR'S DRAGON,gorgeous daylily.That looks like CONDILLA to me,too. Its very pretty,

Great photo of On the Web - I love the color and the curly petals! Kwanso is very pretty in your photo too. I think single flower shots look especially good like in those two of your photos when the flower is in focus and the rest just blurs into the background.

I love Buttered Popcorn! It's the first thing every one aks about, "What's that big yellow flower over there?". It's such a performer with strong branching scapes. Just thrives and multiplies even without the plant vitamins.

They are all very nice, but I especially like On the Web and Moon Music. I am also very fond of Kwanso, and love haveing it in places in the yard where it can't get too out of control.

Where are you in Indiana? I am close to Bloomington. My Condilla has been blooming-looks like yours-Prester John looks real similar to Condilla -will look closer at their next blooms...

Kwanso is my favorite of your excellent photographs.
I am fond of the hose-in-hose doubles anyway, and am looking forward to seeing mine bloom for the first time this season.
