pics of Siloam daylilies from this morning

just sharing a few more pics, I don't have many in my garden really.

the first is "Siloam Double Classic", something about that nice simple peachy shade. mine don't grow as full but I need to improve my beds overall before next year.

I have always loved the red with greenish yellow throats. This small sized one is "Siloam Sleigh Ride". has the usual Siloam green rthroat and it just seems to glow from the red red blooms. I took these pics with flash and without. (Ever since I first saw "Siloam Little Rascal" I've liked the red ones, yet sometimes I'm not sure if I like the flower for its look or the poetry of its name. ha)

this last one is "Siloam Dean's Circle". It's a nice reblooming medium sized simple yellow. There are so many yellows, but this one actually will make the shape of an almost perfect circle when it blooms right and the sepals turn back to match the curve of the petals. again a nice sublte green throat.

Love seeing all your Siloams Dean. You've got lots that I haven't seen before. A favorite Siloam of mine had it's first flower this morning.

It's color is so clean and clean, and it's a bud builder for me.
Another one that I have and love is Siloam Little Girl.

Here's Siloam Bye Lo in my garden.

And Siloam Nugget, a beautiful little gold one.

love those siloam pics, thanks Jan. I think I have S. little girl, I'm going to compare your picture with the one in the yard. I am putting in a row of S.Amazing Grace this week.
If I were to add anymore I think I'd like S. Flat Flat.
I do like those gold ones also.

I was thinking the same thing myself...the Siloams should have their own post! I know I have a lot of them, which were all acquired last year. I kind of went on a Siloam 'kick' last summer...haha. Some haven't bloomed yet, but these are the ones which did. I love these cute little bloomers...they are so hardy here! Oh, I just love this. The pics are great guys! I got siloam Ury Winniford, and siloam merl Kent this year. Glad I did from seeing your pics. My UW has a few tiny scapes, but my MK is a bit newer and hasen't put any scapes up yet, but it is growing well. I got Dragon dreams, which to me kinda looks like S. David Kirchhoff, but it reblooms. Ive got lots of scapes on that one! I really like siloam fine art and Tiny tim. Another mini that I really want, (isn't siloam though) is George jets on. I have high hopes for the ones I have, and would love if they turn out as nice as your pics! -Jessica

I've not had AZTEC HEADDRESS send up more scapes this late in the season before. I've had it for 3 years. I actually got TRULY ANGELIC because it was either Kay or Rita who posted pics of theirs. It really is a great daylily. Hope it does well for you too. We are getting more rain here along with thunderstorms. One storm after another since late this afternoon.
