Where do you fit so many and then to keep them all thriving?

That bird is very cute and I of course own a couple myself.
That jade just under your hand in the second pic leaning against the pot is very nice. I love the lines of colors there.

Here I thought I was special when a nuthatch landed on my back yesterday. Cutey! We have a bunch of both black-capped and the mountain chickadees year-round.

Prettiest cuttings. I'll follow your Aeonium cuttings to the ends of the Earth, so you can always post more of those. ;)

Jeff, That striped plant that Mike mentioned looks like Crassula obliqua 'Solana'. Is that correct?

I never had chickadees but did hand feed Chipmunks when I was a kid.

As to birds, how whimsical that it just perched right there on your hand. I love when critters do that. When I was at school back on the east coast, the squirrels on campus were anything but shy, and I had one try to climb my leg once. Had a chipmunk do the same when hubby and I visited Muir Woods. Had a regular "friend" squirrel at a park I used to visit a few years back out in San Diego; and a summer or two ago I made friends with a hummingbird who actually let me pick him up, and would just sit contentedly on my finger. (Those little guys are NOT shy.)

Thanks, but they're not all thriving...I've been doing this for a while, and most of my plants are easy to grow. No, I don't have lots of room, but I have enough for now. That could change when I get more plants - it is Christmas, after all.

I think it's also called that - I don't really follow the names as well as some folks here do. That is what it's called in Germany, sort of, at least 'Crassula obliqua solana Lemon' n Lime'. Sounds like nomenclutter to me but it's important to know what one's talking about, right, otherwise my dislike of common names means nothing.

I was disappointed in realizing I should have repotted a year ago. The local moose water must agree with it.

But they'll get there eventually, once they have a new pair of shoes.
