It looks like a young Philodendron selloum to me. The leaves will get more shape with better light and age. Be sure not to overwater this plant. They are pretty tough, only time will tell if too many roots have been taken off. I think it will be fine though. Good luck! Jen

Neil, it looks like Sedum lucidum 'Obesum' but a correct identification is impossible without flowers. Bernard, I have no advice as we don't have the same climate and our plants don't grow at the same time. I never repot my succulents during the hot season (june, july, august, september).

Exact same kind as my juniper :-P It needs direct sun. Mine spends all its time outside except Nov-Feb to winter on my porch, and then inside March-April to get a head-start (since my growing season is really short).
