Yellowing spots on container grown Meyer Lemon

I planted my meyer lemon two months ago in Miracle Grow Cactus, Palm, and Citrus mix. I water it when the soil gets dry down to about 3". I felt I may have been overwatering a tad, so I've been trying to cut back an extra day or two between waterings. It's been on my front porch and sidewalk, with a southern exposure and plenty of sun. Last week, I fertilized with Miracle Grow Azalea 30-10-10 in water. I mixed it a little weaker than the instructions watered it with a full can, basically saturating the soil, the way I do when I water. This week, I've been bringing it into the garage at night since temps have been in the 30s-40s F overnight. They're in the 50s-70s F during the day.

I'm noticing some yellowing spots on the leaves that have me worried. It's been doing well so far, but now the leaves have lost some of their vitality and I want to head off any trouble. Can y'all give me some pointers on what to check?
