Help transplant Meyer lemon cuttings.

What is a sure fire way to transplant Meyer lemon cuttings that were rooted in water to a soil medium. An exact brand/ soil /mixture /or recipe with great success would be most helpful since I am good with following exact directions. I don't want to risk experimenting with these babies since they are all I got.

the cuttings had no signs of roots for 1 month but now that it started rooting its unstoppable. I don't know when I should be transplanting them in soil since the few that I have put in soil already died. These seem to be growing at least a quarter inch of root per day in water especially when near oven warmth. They are doing so well in the water that I m afraid it might wilt in soil. Cuttings were taken from a 20yr old Meyer lemon tree.

Can someone properly advise the course of action I should take.
