no fruit on lemon/lime/tangerine after frost

Good day!

Last winter we received a rare hard frost in the Arizona high desert (2500 feet) and my citrus trees lost all of their leaves but suffered very little damage to branches. These are young trees, about three years of age, and had produced prodigious amounts of fruit the prior year.

This year, after the frost, the trees recovered completely. They were fertilized in the spring with standard citrus fertilizer. There have not been, however, any blossoms or fruit since the frost.

My question is this: What should I do, if anything, to these trees to get them to make fruit again? Should I place some sort of fertilizer on them, and if so, what should it be?

Thanks,

Desert Hermit
