picea abies 'pendula' size?

Hello, I bought a weeping conifer last spring that was labeled picea abies "pendula". It was staked upright, with strong weeping branches. The problem is, I've looked around for information on how large it is supposed to get, and the information is very conflicting!! I guess I have no way of finding out if my tree was mislabeled...I bought it for a mid-sized spot. It could grow up to about 12 feet, and spread probably 12ft. The tag that came with it said that if it is not staked, it will grow prostrate on the ground. Some information I've read says that I bought a fairly dwarf tree (mine is grafted)...other info says this tree will grow to be very large. Which is it?

Can anyone give me some more information and pictures of my tree? (assuming it was tagged right) What should I expect?
