How many triternata Rubromarginata to cover a 20' wall?

Have a low stone wall (2 1/2 ft high and 20 ft long) in the hummingbird garden that needs a vine or two. Originally I planted trumpet honeysuckle but the twisting and turning and flopping vines put more vine in the bed than along the top of the wall- as I had foolishly imagined it mught grow.

After many years of bare wall, and after reading about the wonderful fragrance of triterna Rubramarginata, I'm tempted to plant one or two at the base of the wall.

What sort of growth habit can I expect---behaved and mannerly? Is one vine sufficient for covering the top of this wall (about 18" wide) or would you recommend two vines---if any?

Thanks for any guidance
