Thats the problem Daniella..... NO GH to keep them all in. I'll have to find a spot to keep all the new ones growing, plus all my seedlings! And all the cuttings from trades! I think my dining room will be taken over for the winter by brugs.

I've not stopped buying either. Cuttings, seeds and plants from e-bay. I'm waiting on Mt.Magic cuttings to be offered, and more seed crosses of the same.
Our house is a jungle already, birds, fish, iguana, scorpion, hermit crabs,etc, etc, and when I bring in the pots of brugs in the next few weeks, it may look like a 1950 Tarzan movie set. But I am having so much fun. The rest of the family just shake their heads , and roll their eyes, and then I just give them my sweetest smile.
Yesterday my oldest daughter was visiting. She jumped up to sit on the kitchen counter, and her hind end knocked over 2 styrofoam cups holding cuttings, and she got a soaking. Didn't phase her though, she just got a dish towel, wiped up the water, refilled the cups, moved them over , put another towel on the counter and jumped back up. Conversating through the whole ordeal, letting me know how her day had went.
And our 6 year old grand daughter wants "Isabella" from Santa this Christmas. She checks on every plant when she comes over to see who has buds and flowers. We have set up a cup of cuttings for her here,(Noid pinks) so she can have her own, and so she can see the rooting process for herself, then when they are ready, she can put them in pots. (Children learn their values from their family )
So , no, I have not stopped buying, and hope I can get a few more before our cold weather makes it impossible to do shipping.

I've been good. I'll schedule a snipe but then take a look at everything that has to go in the greenhouse and cancel it. lol I can't tell you how many times I've done that over the past few weeks.

I bought one from him a few weeks ago, it's lovely ! I would like to get a few cuttings though. I hope he will have some cuttings from Mt. Magic up for sale soon since he said he was going to have to trim his Brugs for the winter. By the way , I started a few dozen seeds today, I really hope they do well. Let me know how yours get along.

Karyn, how do you do that? Does that mean that it will go in and outbid the top bidder at the last minute?

Shawn I set my maximum bid with the sniping company and they will place the bid with a couple seconds left on the auction. This way you don't have to watch it and get caught up in a bidding frenzy and end up spending more then you want and nobody knows that you are bidding until the last second. You pay them but it's such a small amount, something like 25 cents for every $25 you spend on the item. I use a company called Auction Sniper. If you sign up do me a favor and say I referred you. They'll give me a couple snipes.

It works too. I used it last winter. You get the first 3 free I think. I have had to stop buying due to the economy being in the toilet. Work has gotten steadily slower over the past few weeks and this week has been horrible. The dang doctors are getting all my money lately. I would much rather be buying plants, lol.

Besides the fact that you have a better chance of winning it's really saved me quite a bit of money. If I'm watching an auction I'll get caught up in a bidding war during the last few minutes and usually spend way more then I anticipated. This way I can set my bid at the beginning of the auction and not look again. They'll send you an email at the close of the auction and let you know the result. If time allows the company will send you an email if the price has gone over what your max was and you can adjust your bid if you want. Besides that I'm not sure what software they use to submit bids with a few seconds left but I can rarely manage to do that on my own.
