Lemons won't go all yellow!

I have had this potted dwarf lemon tree for a year and a half and it's been very good to me. At the end of last October I must have harvested 15 beautiful lemons from this tree, but I have 6 that are only half ripe and have been on the tree for a long time now. They haven't seemed to get any riper in the past 3 months.

Are these lemons as ripe as they're going to get?

Should I leave them on the tree and wait?

Should I just take them off and use them?

Will they ever get ripe?

The tree is in full bloom and smells delicious and I don't want to hurt the tree by leaving them on it?

Any help?
