I am an entrepreneur and own several businesses with more than 1,000 employees. The name of a business can be very important particularly when the business itself has low consumer concept recognition. I would suggest you find a name that helps the consumer know what you do. Ex - "Blinds by Tomorrow" or "Drycleaning Depot". How about Kitchen Garden Installers or something else that really tells a consumer what you do. Then you set up a boot at the next Home and Garden Show and folks will stop to talk to you because you are clearly offering a unique service.

missingtheobvious is correct. In New York, the supreme court is the court of general jurisdiction that hears cases. It is the opposite of most states and the opposite of the federal court system. She can only make a claim on the estate. I believe if the estate is probated already and sufficient time has passed without her making a claim on the estate, she is out of luck. In addition the fiduciary may require the claimant to present proof by affidavit that the amount of the claim is justly due, that all payments thereon, if any, have been credited, that the claimant knows of no offsets and no evidence of indebtedness and holds no security, except as specifically described in the affidavit.

Don't worry about names, just put up a simple stand and see what happens. The veggie buying public comes in two flavors, those that travel to farm markets, etc. and those that grab going through produce at the local market. If youy're successful, then you can worry about permits, zoning, formal name, etc. Name is irrelevant, unless your stand is on wheels and you travel, repeat customers will come to your location and probably don't care what you call it. A local business uses "Micro Mama" so don't use that since it's already in use here in NH. I like "Oh, shoots" but I think I would do O' Shoots. Have you considered "Little Nikki's"?
