Orange County reclassified as having severe drought conditions

Article in today's Orange County Register says Orange County has been officially reclassified as having severe drought conditions, changed from moderate drought conditions. And we are still two weeks away from summer. I guess some parts of California got some rain or sprinkles the past day or two, but the rain where I live in north Orange County lasted about 40 seconds, just enough to make raindrop marks on the dust on my car. It was supposed to be a 40% chance of rain today, now downgraded to 20%, but the sky is mostly blue except for a few clouds so I guess the real chance of any more rain is zero percent.
