good morning friends

I am not really ready yet...but the last few days so many of my friends from here really showed me that I need to step forward and let you all know that I am ok. Not sick...just family things keeping me from being *happy*.

That is when I *disappear* Sorry if I worried way to many of my friends.

You reached out...and yesterday I took your hand.

Opened my eyes and saw that I almost missed spring when I finally pulled myself together and started to work outside a bit.

Saw that the Peachtree even started to bloom.

THANK YOU my friends.

Wishing everyone uplifting moments and great friends like I have.

Good morning back, and thanks for your openness. We have so much going on here I know just what you're saying. But, yes, spring is coming and we don't want to miss that, so let's get back into the world, and into the companionship of friends and enjoy what God's given us! Happy Wednesday everybody!

**** for Annette and Bobbie who knew the novel is Margaret Mitchell's Gone with the Wind. Another title she considered was "Ba! Ba! Black Sheep" Apparently, that one is well-known, so I didn't offer that to you. I had not heard it, though. "I have forgot much, Cynara! Gone, gone with the wind" is the line from Catallus that gave Mitchell her title. I think her choice was a good one, much better than the others. TM, do I owe you stars? Here is the Wikipedia info: Ivan Ivanovich (ÃÂÃÂ²ÃÂ°ÃÂ½ ÃÂÃÂ²ÃÂ°ÃÂ½ÃÂ¾ÃÂ²ÃÂ¸ÃÂ). the Russian equivalent of "John Doe" was originally the name given to a mannequin used in testing the Russian Vostok spacecraft in preparation for its manned missions.[1] Ivan Ivanovich was made to look as lifelike as possible, with eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes and a mouth. He was dressed in a cosmonaut suit, with a sign reading "ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ¢" (Russian for "dummy") placed under his visor, so that anyone who found him after his missions would not think he was a dead cosmonaut or an alien. He first flew into space on Korabl-Sputnik 4 on March 9, 1961, accompanied by a dog named Chernushka, various reptiles, and eighty mice and guinea pigs, some of which were placed inside his body. It's most commonly familiar meaning is the Indian dish which many say is now the national dish of England, replacing fish and chips in popularity. As many also know, it means to clean the coat of a horse- and apparently a cow, although I never heard that before! Of course, we all know the phrase "to curry favor" which is what I was going for when I talked about my principal at school-To seek to gain favor by flattery or attention. John Steuart Curry is the artist from Kansas. His murals are in the statehouse there and you may have seen the one that features the Abolitionist John Brown. TM made reference to Tim Curry the actor and John Curry was the British Olympic and World Champion figure skater. The trade of currying (currier) was a vital part of the early leather industry. Currying was the name given to the process of stretching and finishing tanned leather in order to make it supple and strong for the use of a saddler or cobbler. Grease or oil was rubbed into the leather. That smell in a tack room is, as I said, one of my favorites, although it has been many many years since I experienced that. I linked to an interesting article on the trade for you. In trying to connect TM's bee clue, I discovered that T.I.Curry has published his method of swarm control for beekeepers. Has to do with selecting and protecting the new queen as I understand it. Won't say that I truly understood it all, though. ;) Liked the comb connection there, too, TM. So, there we have it. Thanks to each and everyone .

So much I could say or not...I rather talk about the gorgeous gorgeous day we had here. After it looked like we would get the storm...I was able to go outside after all and work.

LIFE is happening...if we want it or not.

It was amazing all the things I found alive and starting to push their way through the soil up towards the sunlight.

So my brugs and others that made it through the winter...can leave the greenroom soon.

Took my Camera with me....but still have not found the upload cable :-(

It is however good just to be here :-)

Saw we got lots new folks...they probably call me a newbie now.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm does that mean I qualify for a newbie game? rofl

Shirley you will love PA...he is such a great guy...as is his boss lady ;-) Hope you get to meet her also.

hong Lee? ...shopping does not help...trust me, I spend tons of money rofl.

But what helps is having gorgeous weather and being out all day.

Then I am not sure if my body will survive ? roflmao. My mind is coming back to live though.

So eager to post pictures too...BUT...in all the mess here...I can not find the cable and had little time today to do so.

Great news is...Oma and Opa will have Maddy until spring break is over :-) More help in the garden. Now I will love going to the Nursery with Maddy this coming week. That should work for me .

Can not wait to catch up on a lot that I missed...Sometimes you do dumb things...like staying away from the place you felt so great all the time!

I can empathize with the cable issue, I can't find mine either. Tons of cables but not the camera one I need. It's just not where I always put it. It squirmed away, it had to have...I don't screw up...it just can't be me!
