Hi Julie, I'm sorry I can't suggest what this is, but I don't think it's a Peperomia. I've grown several over the last few years & in my experience, the growth habit is either in clusters (from a central clump like a loose rosette) or leaves in pairs. I personally don't know of a Pep which has alternate leaves like that. Of course it could be such exists & I've not run across it yet, but I think it's something else. Whatever it is, those leaves are quite pretty w/ that distinct veining, VERY nice.

Crassula marginata (aka Calico kitten). Lovely little plant. Unfortunately the one I'd recently bought was badly potted (by its grower) & before I realized it, I lost it (water was running straight thru, w/out my knowledge & it dried out too far, so beware).

A possibility for you on that 2nd one in the last bunch: Aeonium sedifolium (which was my first thought, but I nixed it, as your plant's leaves are not so plump as I would think it to have...but it does have the tannic stripes/coloring). Still, I would not say this is IT. :P Would like to see its blooms, if/when it does. =) Adding a link to a pic of one, but not sure GW allows this site when linking (we shall see). Okay, it would not, because of spam or other. This site also has other pix of this plant that look more like how I believe it should look. Also, I don't find this site has correct labeling of their plants, so don't fully trust them. So, google image this name. Maybe I'll email you the name of site! Betina Forgot to mention: give it lots of light. It is leaning to one side - I suspect it was growing in relative dark spot and started to lean toward light source. It should start getting 'fatter' stems, darker green and rather upright. This one is same plant but monstrose - but growth pattern should be similar:
