My Crazy Daisy from WS last year

I'm really happy with it. Planted it HOS sometime last summer, nice size plant, healthy, but you have to watch daisies in the heat esp first year for wilting, need to get some mulch down there, helps but still dries out fast and tree roots compete.

All I got out of last year was that, 2 Rudbeckia Prairie Sun (not blooming yet but nice plants), the little catmint in the bg, few more of those, should slowly spread some, some purple poppies, and alyssum, think that's it.

I noticed the few purple poppies that have self seeded are much stronger, healthier plants, didn't get too many but will watch for seeds. The ones I ws last year I sowed into 3 jugs, and they were too packed, not many survived transplanting (HOS the whole jug), but at least I got a supply going. So I don't know if it is better to ws certain poppies or just scatter the seed in fall or early spring. I think some of you have done better with it than I have.

Not the best angle as I had to watch my footing on the edge of my terrace.
