Can you help me decide which is a good choice?

I know this gets asked a lot, i hope your all not too tired of helping people pick roses! But im trying to decide which is a good choice for my yard. I love the look of the david Austin/ old english roses. The spot i have gets about 5 hours of morning sun, then is shaded by a tree. I live in the ohio river valley, so i get lots of humidity in the summer and temps usually around 90-95 at the hottest part of the summer. I have a couple other roses, and only deal with minor blackspot, nothing that cant be managed.

I need a plant that is attractive with nice foliage, and about 4x4. I would love one that has a great fragrance and will last a couple days as a cut flower in a vase.

What i have in mind now:

William shakespeare

Heritage

Eglantyne

Strawberry hill

If people don't recommend a david austen for my conditions, I've also considered these hybrid teas:

Deep secret

Heirloom

Big purple

Any thoughts? Im drooling over the heirloom roses catalog, and trying to get a plan in place for redoing my back yard this coming spring.

Thanks!
