My first thought, even before I saw Robert's post, was Crepuscule. I have one that is still in bloom. I have the yellow Roberta Bondar that is coming on strong that is yellow and I like it alot.

Autumn Sunset is a good yellow/apricot climber.

Reve d'Or, for sure (if the climate is right for it).
And also its sport, the more "saffron" shaded William Allen Richardson (often called W.A.R.)

Hey Judy, how big are your arbors exactly? Some of the roses named here can get gigantic. If you spray faithfully, the deep rich golden yellow of Golden Celebration might be nice with your pink. Can't tell you how big she gets, tho-- mine is 6' tall by 7'wide its first year & clearly will be bigger. Autumn Sunset would be less fuss & bother, also very pretty but not as easily trained-- evil thorns and rather stiff canes. I love this idea of blending climbers, wish I had more space!

Barbara, My arbors are 7 ft tall, 4 ft wide walk thru space and the sides where they will climb is about 2 ft wide so I guess I am probably pushing it trying to put two climbers on each side. I was hoping if I put 8 ft climbers they would meet in the middle. Plus I thought if they started getting to, to thick I would try to cut back some canes to keep them from getting so heavy. Plus my arbor is a beautiful one I purchased from Smith and Hawken last spring so I wanted to let some of the iron keep showing. Great gift from my dear hubby for mothers day. I too am trying to incorporate more climbers around my yard its just getting dear hubby to give up some grass space. Thanks a bunch, Judy

Hi, I think phyllis bide rose would work nice for you. Just make sure it is own root. I bought one from rogue valley roses but had second thoughts about my zone so I gave it to my sister in a milder climate and it has just been wonderful for her. It blooms a lot, is a beautiful apricot color, and doesn't try to takeover your yard. Google it for pictures on arbors and descriptions. I just wish I could grow it here.

I would have a look at Westerland and its sports Autumn Sunset and Lemon Meringue. I also had another one that got wiped out in that horrid Easter freeze of '07 that I thought was drop-dead gorgeous. It was "Constellation" as shown here:

I would like to replace it as soon as Hortico gets some. This one has exhibition-quality flowers when it is going well.
