I've received this rose a few months ago, labelled 'Slater's Crimson China', which evidently it is not...
It's a little plant from cutting, starting to grow well after being trasplanted from a 16 cm to a 22 cm pot.
Her flowers and overall impression say "china", but the strong scent is evidently damask-like, so it's evidently an hybrid Bourbon or HP.
I think it should be in fact'Glore des Rosomanes', a Rose since used as rootstock , but indeed not commonly seen here (where "Indica Fragrans" was preferred). That's why I ask you to confirm.
