How tough are these roses?

I have rooted cuttings of 'Tipsy Imperial Concubine', Perle d'Or', and possibly 'Mrs. Oakley Fisher', and would like to know how they compare with Teas in general thriftiness and behavior. Basically, if I plant them in an area where Teas do well--no summer water, southwestern exposure, protection from cold winds but some exposure to hot winds--will they be likely to do well; or will they need more protection from heat and sun, better feeding, and more summer water? Is 'Perle d'Or' more likely than the other two to be able to stand up to winter currents of cold air (not blasting winds)? Our climate at its bleakest is still only Zone 7, so I'm not talking about terrible cold. I'm working on getting in companion plants and hedges (hedges are SLOW), but there's still a lot of wind and sun in the garden, and it's important to know whether these roses are good tough plants like Teas or whether they need more fussing over.

Thank!

Melissa
