J&P Has STILL Not Shipped My Roses!

I ordered the first of June and have called 3 times. The order has always been "on the floor" and can't be cancelled. No, there is no one I can talk to about this, or complain to. I am free to refuse delivery, but that is the best they can do.

The woman today was at least apologetic and said she doesn't understand why it hasn't shipped since it was marked as being in stock and ready two weeks ago. She blamed it on the change-over in the company. I told her to tell them that I would never buy from them again since this type of service was inexcusable. She said she'd note it and put in big letters not to ship, but had no idea what would actually happen.

I guess the J&P we've known for years is gone. RIP... :(
