Is fallen Palo Verde worth trying to transplant?

I have a mature Palo Verde in my yard that has tilted to about 30 degrees off the ground. The tree had been growing at about 45 degrees for many years because the original owners planted it too close to the house. It shifted further during a recent windstorm.

The tree is around 15-20 feet tall. I'd like to transplant it 15 feet further away from the house, but I'm not sure if it would be worth the effort.

The nursery tells me the cost to transplant would be the same as having a new one planted, but I don't want to destroy this beautiful tree if there's a chance it will survive.

Does anyone have any experience with transplanting large Palo Verde in the Phoenix area? (Also, if you know the specific variety of this tree please let me know).
