My Roses are all changing, but not just color...the type as well.

I must start by saying that I have read many of the posts regarding the issue of roses changing colors back to their grafted original and I believe that this is part of my issue, but am unsure about one thing.

My roses began as apparent hybrids such as yelllow/grey, bright yellow/pink, white, and coral colors and approximately two years ago, the plant stocks began to change drastically. We had half of the plant that would die and the other would be fine (apparent graft death-from reading previous posts).

This was followed by their color changing, but now the roses have changed from being the typical rose shape and texture to looking more like carnations. They are smaller flowers, typically bright red or a deep fuschia and they have scalloped edges and many layers.

Sorry for the long post and the very obvious ignorance regarding landscaping and roses, but I could sure use some of your fabulous advice and explanations. THANK YOU soooo much:)
