Score at the recycling center, Part 2

I had been thinking of trying other containers besides milk jugs...during my trip to the local RC, I spotted what seems like the perfect solution: 64 ounce juice bottles! One of the county workers was sweeping up, so I let him know the woman in the clerk's office gave me the ok to take whatever I needed. He said, "Fine by me--it's less I'll have to sort through!" Ha!

The juice bottles are mostly Ocean Spray...rectangular, nice and tall, just right for sowing 1/2 a packet (or less) of seeds. I tried cutting a few across the middle, and while it's definitely harder than slicing a milk jug, it's still do-able. Best of all, no duct tape required! The plastic is heavy enough to force the bottles closed; the tops and bottoms stay aligned, nice and neat.

Has anyone else here used this type of bottle? Can you offer any pointers? I have about 100 Ocean Spray bottles, all rinsed and ready to go...looking forward to trying them!

Thanks in advance...
