Bleeding Heart Question

I bought 2 Bleeding Heart(just the roots) in April(I do believe)from Walmart. I planted them in pots at first and watched them grow. They even got flowers on them over time, just this season, but they seemed to get too big for the pots. So I planted them in the ground in a shaded area. 1 plant seems to be doing good, leaves are turning yellow. But my other plant lost all its stems shortly after replanting them. It shows a little growth on it, but it only looks like little buds on the top. It has been like this for a few weeks now. Is this one going to be ok? Do I need to try moving it somewhere else? The area that they are planted are well shaded, well moist. One seems to be thrieving there, so the other should be too, right? I am just hoping that it was just shock from being planted somewhere else.
