Please tell me what to order! Just tell me!

I want to order from Roses Unlimited 2 climbers that won't get more than 6-8 feet tall and will repeat bloom. (and can be trained horizontally after 4 feet tall). They need to do well in NJ zone 6b. I'm not picky about the size or form of the blooms or even the color.

I already have Polka, Improved Blaze, and Knock Out red so maybe a white or pink or yellow or another orange since it won't be anywhere near the Polka. It will be planted with purple clematis.

Please only what Roses Unlimited sells as my Mom is going to buy them for me from them for my b-day.

Viking Queen and Clair Matin have both been highly recommended to me. RU has both, why don't you contact them and see if they still have any available to sell for this season?

You could go with either size, it all depends on what you like best, there is no right or wrong. I have an 18" wide linen cabinet going on the left side and then 48" of counter top. Yes, it's the 21" standard depth. I measured it and there is 3" in front of sink (of counter) and 4" from sink back to the coved backsplash. I had my sink undermounted in a corian counter top. I like the integral sinks but the white corian always looks dull and dirty to me so I wanted a china sink. Don't forget to consider your faucets if you go w/ the larger sink since there's not alot of room between the backsplash and sink edge. I got a 4" mini spread and there's plenty of room to clean around them. If you go w/ the smaller sink, I'm sure it look fine, too. I almost went w/ the Ladena which is rectangular, check that out also.

no mine are not stacked but they do have the kit to stack them I saw on their website. I have done loads of various sizes and all in all the time is pretty close to what it was on my old top loaders, on the FL the wash takes longer in general I would say 50 mins but the dryer is very fast so takes much less time there. I usually dry mine on the less dry setting and even when doing a load of sweats and towels only had 2 items that had to be put back for a few more minutes. Yes I do my sheets and comforters, I follow the advice from the website and add some towels in with it so that there is less twisting. I have not had any problems with wadding or twisting so far. I had been worried about it since I read so much about that happening, but in reality it always happened in my old set so I expected it to happen in the new ones to some degree. Mine are set on my tile floor which is on a solid concrete foundation and I have no vibration. I do not have pedestals.

DD2's laundry room is also the entrance to house via the garage. She did not want to see W/D all the time, so DH made the top (also panel to hide water cut off, etc) and I sewed her a skirt. The top and small back are paint grade plywood. The back can quickly be removed during an emergency to cut off the water. Cabinets were original to house, but she painted. Counter is high, and lip across front hides the curtain rod. She kept saying she wanted to put something on top (tiles, laminate, etc) but the paint is easy to keep clean. Cats food/water is there now. I'm like you, have front loads now, but plan to have top loaded or stacked front loads in next house (depends on room). I had a dark basement laundry "area" for 20+ years, so when we were designing our current home I always said "pretty laundry room." It is pretty and it is functional, but I am only getting older and bending down (or getting on the floor) to do the laundry will not be in my future.

Chiming in to ask for more feedback . . . because you pretty much posted my exact inquiry! Our daughter has made an offer (will hear back this afternoon!) on her first home. The purchase price is mostly in the 30 acres of perfection including a ridge line with views to die for and 1000 ft of trout stream frontage). The current residence itself is a "just fine" 20 year old manufactured doublewide. She isn't picky about housing and will live in that for some years until she later builds her forever home further into the property (and would then likely rent out the current residence until it's no longer worthy of maintaining or even just sell it off as it's on the edge of the property.) As a housewarming gift, my husband and I have offered to replace the stinky carpeting (about 1000 sf of it) with LVP. We are pretty handy, and we're planning to DIY the install. So, we need a modestly priced but durable and quality LVP product for DIY installation. Main criteria are a quality product that won't soon have gaps or cracks or other obvious serious defects and is as scratch resistant as is reasonably available. Floating installation, not glue down. And, since we're talking about a depreciating asset (not a house that rises in value), it's just silly to overspend, because this entire structure will end up in a land fill within the next couple decades. So, I'm hoping to keep the floor cost more in the $2-4/ft range. Can anyone help guide me to specific products? Especially those available at Lowe's or Home Depot, where I can see the product in person. Our local Lowe's happens to have excellent management and is very responsive to problems/etc, so I will lean towards a product available at Lowe's all other things being equal. Thank you!

Actually, I don't know about your disease issues, but a mature Graham Thomas would fill that role as a yellow rose...Mortimer Sackler is another Austin that would fit that role as mary said.

I have a few of these in the yellow/orange range that work well for me and am near you geographically.

Joseph's Coat would be nice since it changes color as it opens, with yellows oranges, and red tones fading as it opens. Pretty with a spicy scent, gets big if it has the space, but you can train it if you get the canes when they are thin. Once the get thicker, they only want to go UP, topping out at about 8 feet in my garden. Blooms don't last long, but I love it anyway cause it does repeat throughout the summer (2 - 3 bloom cycles).

Westerland is more narrow and more orange, I've only had it for 2 seasons and moved it once so I can't give you the long term prognosis yet, but it's pretty. Blooms also don't last long, but I wanted a change from pinks so it gives me a splash of orange from time to time.

Golden Showers is vigorous and the size you want, blooms yellow and just barely double blooms that last only 2 - 3 days. I removed mine but a friend of mine loves hers. Matter of taste.

Renae is a beautiful light pink but gets HUGE, so don't think you want that, I took mine out since it was eating my house.

Stay away from the New Dawns and derivatives since they will also get too huge for your space and have deadly thorns, I've removed 5 of them cause they hurt me.

Eden is nice, white with pink edged blooms, but mine was not very vigorous - only one cane after 5 years? Buh bye. Removed it.

Antike 89 has beautiful full blooms that last a long time, white with red edge, not that fragrant but gorgeous and cut well, it can be trained as a shorter climber. I have 2 of them and one is in 1/2 shade and is still growing new canes every year. Tough cookie. It is spiny/thorny but will blend well with the reds you have. This year I hard pruned the one in the sunnier spot since it was getting too tall to see the blooms, it came back well and is now about 5' tall - so it prunes well and can be trained/pruned to be a tall shrub if that is what you want.

I have no experience with Nehama, looks pretty though. I have the regular Tiffany (they have the climber), it's pretty but not that vigorous (only a few blooms a year...might just have to get rid of it if it doesn't shape up).

I don't know the location you have, but of the ones I see, Antike 89 and Joseph's Coat would be my picks if I had to do it again with what I now know from experience. They are vigorous, will recover from pruning to keep in the shape you want, and re-bloom well.

Papi Delbard, disease resistant with large cuttable fragrant flowers in many shades of pastel pink, apricot, and cream. Not overly vigorous.

Clair Matin, amazing productivity of beautiful pink clusters that are somewhat fragrant and good for cutting, dense dark green foliage. Will need occasional spraying for best appearance. Not overly vigorous.

Clair Matin, yes. Nahema is gorgeous. I'll add Dreamweaver, but you'd need to check with someone colder than my zone on that one.
