Well, that's annoying...way off estimates

So, I planted a cosmic eye coreopsis diagonally in front of a mercury rising coreopsis. I thought they would look great together. Well, they both just started blooming and the cosmic eye is waaaaayyyy off on the size that it was supposed to be, which means, it is taller than the mercury rising behind it! Grrrrr. I really didn't want to move anything in the middle of June in all of the heat, but it looks like I'll have to anyway.

Mercury Rising is right where it should be at 16 inches tall, whereas Cosmic Eye is 30 inches tall!!!!! The tag said 12-15 inches. Thanks for that!

Anyone else have one that was weigh off in size, color or other expectations this year?
