hook up for sprinklers in backyard

I would prefer not to have to run all the way from the water meter in front if I don't really have to. The yard I'm working with is pretty small.

Could I just tee off the bib in the backyard? I think it's 3/4". For the lawn, I was thinking about rotors because I understand that they work better on lower pressure -- 6 heads for a 23'x33' lawn.

I have two bibs in the backyard, though one is really more on the side of the house.

Would it be reasonable to use one for the lawn, the fruit trees and the perennial bed zones and then to use the other one for the xeric bed zone and the veggie garden zone? Everything except the lawn has soaker hoses I would tie into the system.
