Help with soil amendments (test results)

I just received my very first soil test results for my garden, and I was hoping to get a bit of input. I plan to grow veggies, with some flowers interplanted. The deal is, I have someone coming late this week or early next week to till in amendments. He has access to 5 year old leaf mulch compost, and I have a pile of rabbit manure (urine, droppings, wood stove pellets). Since we have 4 house rabbits, I should also be able to add droppings over the course of the season. Given the soil test results below, how much compost/manure should I be adding to our ~300 sq ft garden, and should anything else be thrown in? I'd like to keep things organic and want to plant ASAP. Thanks!

For amendments, they recommend 4-5 lbs of 5-10-10 per 100 sq ft or for organic:

Potassium: 8 lbs wood ash

Buffer pH: 6.6
Organic Matter: 5.1%
P: 9 ppm (Low-Med)
K: 31 ppm (Low)
Ca: 1158 ppm (High-V High)
Mg: 192 ppm (V High)
Cation Exch Cap: 12.3 Meq/100g
% Base Saturation: K=0.7, Mg=12.9, Ca=47.4
Extractable aluminum: 84 ppm
B: 0.2 ppm
Mn: 3.1 ppm
Zn: 1.3 ppm
