Soil amendments options for blueberries after soil test?

I have a 25 x 50 foot blueberry patch with 30 plants that were planted last year. Please see the attached soil test. The soil is very deficient in magnesium according to the test and specifies that I broadcast approximately 35 lbs of Epsom Salts (based upon lb/A amount) in this area. Someone on the fruit forum suggested I use some langbeinite as an alternative to help with the potash deficiency.

Any suggestions for improving this soil? I prepared this bed early last spring with a lot of peat moss, some sulfur to lower the pH (a bit too much since pH is 4.2 now) and some holly tone. (40 lb bag for whole area before tilling). The plants have had one Miracid dose last summer and one this spring. I have been planning to follow up with two more Miracid doses, one soon and one in a month. Plants are generally healthy and had 6-12 inches of growth last year.
