Air driven wrench

Are the compressed air driven wrenchs good for removing frozen bolts/nuts? In particular, a nut holding an exaust pipe to the exaust manafold on an older automobile. I haven't tried using a 3/8 inch socket yet, but I think even with a soak in penetrating oils the nut removal will be a tough job.

Perhaps an "impact" air driven wrench would be even better, by impact I mean a hammering/vibrating type of action. I hope they come with a match for 3/8" socket tools. One of the nuts appears to be accessable only with a 10" or so extension and one that isn't very big around, i.e., a 3/8 inch should fit.
